What size are your mugs?
All of my mugs are currently 11oz.
Are your mugs dishwasher & microwave safe?
Yes, absolutely! You don't need to worry about the design coming off as it is a part of the mug.
How are your mugs made?
I first design the images in Adobe Illustrator. I then use Dye Sublimation to transfer the designs onto my ceramic mugs.
Are your mugs double sided?
Yes! I understand that everyone has a different dominant hand, which is why I have a design on each side of my mugs. Some mugs have a unique design on each side so make sure to check out the product before ordering.
How long does it take to process my order?
My current turnaround time to fulfill orders is 1-3 business days. This time may vary slightly especially around Holidays/busy times and does not include shipping time. I do not ship on Holidays or weekends.
I am a solopreneur, small business and fill orders as quickly as possible.
What happens if my order was damaged during shipping?
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Help!? I entered the wrong shipping/billing address!

What if I want to send my order as a gift?
No problem! Just make sure to enter in the recipients address when filling out the "Shipping Address".
All of my mugs are already packaged up pretty, so no need for special packaging!
What is your policy on returns & exchanges?
I print my products on demand and do not currently offer returns or exchanges.
I haven't received my order! What can I do?
Please email me with your name and order number. I will then get in touch and do my best to locate your package!
What are your business hours?
My business hours are Mon-Fri from 11:00am to 6:00pm EST.
Can I cancel my order?
If for whatever reason you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 hours after placing your order. Please send me an email with your name, order number, and reason for cancelling.
You may be unable to cancel your order if it has been longer than two hours due to how quickly I try to fill my orders.
Do you offer any sales or discounts?
Yes. From time to time I definitely offer discounts on my products!
